What we collect and why

• Contact details (name, email, phone): to reply to your enquiry, send quotes, booking confirmations and invoices, and occasional offers if you agree.
• Property address and postcode: to quote accurately and to access the property to carry out the clean.
• Business details: if you book on behalf of a company.
• Photos you send us: only to prepare an accurate quote. These are deleted within three weeks.
• Payment details: used only to take payment and not stored after the transaction.

Legal basis

We process personal data with your consent, where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, or to meet a legal obligation.

Sharing

We share only the details needed to carry out your booking with our cleaners and cleaning contractors. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Customer records are kept for six years after our business relationship ends (for accounting and legal purposes), or until you withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted periodically.

Cookies

This website uses a single essential session cookie to keep forms secure. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
