1. Bookings

A booking made by phone, text, email or through this website is acceptance of these terms. Any change to these terms must be agreed in writing by a company director.

2. Prices and quotations

• All quoted prices include VAT.
• End of tenancy, after builders and deep cleans are priced per job, based on the number of rooms, bathrooms and the condition of the property, not per hour.
• Carpet cleaning is priced per room or per square metre depending on the fibre type.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days. If the job differs from the description and the price changes by more than 10%, we will discuss it with you before starting.
• Extras such as walls, ceilings, balconies, patios or washing up are charged separately unless included in your quote.

3. Equipment and access

For end of tenancy, after builders and carpet cleaning we bring all materials. For regular domestic cleaning you provide safe, working materials and equipment unless you book our equipment option. You must provide running water, electricity, adequate lighting and access at the agreed time.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion, before the cleaner leaves (regular domestic cleaning: before the visit), by cash, card or bank transfer. Invoices overdue by more than 14 days may accrue interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate. Deductions from invoices are not permitted.

5. Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule in writing at least 48 hours before your booking. Late cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee. If our cleaner cannot gain access, or the keys provided do not work, the full price is payable.

6. Complaints and our guarantee

Please inspect the work while our team is on site where possible. If you are not satisfied, contact us in writing with photos within 48 hours for domestic and carpet cleaning, or within 72 hours for end of tenancy cleaning, and allow us to return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge before anyone else attempts the work. For the end of tenancy guarantee the property must be empty of tenants and belongings, the fridge and freezer defrosted, and no other work carried out in the meantime.

7. Damage and liability

We take great care in your home. Please store away valuables and irreplaceable or fragile items. If we damage something, we will repair it or credit its actual cash value. We are not liable for pre-existing or permanent stains, worn or faulty items, damage caused by walking on wet floors, events beyond our control, or while an account is more than 14 days overdue.

8. Other

• Furniture is moved only where one person can do so safely. Moving furniture for carpet cleaning is charged as an extra.
• Builders' debris and large waste removal are not included unless quoted.
• Time estimates are approximate. Please tell us about any allergies before the clean.
• If you directly employ one of our cleaners, a referral fee of £500 applies.
• These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
